We've now deployed over 100 customer agent workflows through Hoook. Not demos. Not proof-of-concepts. Real workflows running for real teams solving real problems. And we've learned things that don't fit neatly into the marketing narrative about "AI agents".
Most of what we've learned contradicts what you'll read in typical AI vendor content. The successful workflows aren't the ones that tried to be clever. They're the ones that solved a specific problem in the simplest possible way. The failed ones? They tried to do too much, too fast, without understanding the actual bottleneck.

When teams first come to Hoook, they have a vision.
