What you agree to when you use Hoook, and what we agree to.

Who this is between
These terms are between you and Hoook, and cover the integration platform, this website, Connect, workflows, the APIs, the SDKs and the MCP servers.
By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you use Hoook for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
What we provide
We provide managed authentication for third-party apps, prebuilt tools and triggers, hosted MCP servers, and a hosted environment to run workflows and code.
We may improve or change the service over time. Anything alpha, beta or preview is offered as is and may change or stop.
Your data stays yours
You keep every right in your data, your code, your workflows and what your agents produce. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process and secure them while we run the platform for you.
We do not use your content, your connected account data or your tool call results to train shared or foundation AI models.
What you are responsible for
The accounts you and your users connect, the actions your code and agents take with them, and the approval rules you configure. If you use Connect, you are responsible for having your end users' consent to act on their accounts.
Keeping your credentials, API keys and tokens safe, and telling us promptly if you think someone has used them without permission.
Agents and automated actions
Agents and workflows act on real accounts. A model can choose the wrong tool or the wrong input, and actions such as sending, deleting or paying may not be reversible.
Use approval rules for actions that matter, test before going live, and do not rely on the service as the only control protecting sensitive data.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or use the service to harm others.
Do not attempt to reach systems or data you are not entitled to, work around rate limits or row-level security, resell the service, use connected accounts beyond what their owners allowed, or reverse engineer the hosted platform.
Third-party providers
Hoook connects to the apps, APIs and AI providers you and your users choose. Their own terms govern your use of them, and any keys, quotas and costs they charge are yours.
We do not control the availability, accuracy or output of a third-party service you connect.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, with usage beyond included credits and external users billed in arrears. Business plans are governed by their own order form.
Fees exclude taxes and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Third-party app and model costs are billed to you by those providers, not by us. We give reasonable notice before changing prices, and a change applies from your next renewal.
Availability
We work to keep the service up and fast, and Business plans can carry an uptime commitment in their order form.
Other than that, the service is provided as is, without warranties, and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Stopping
You can stop at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for.
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. After you stop, you have a reasonable period to export everything, and then we delete or anonymise it.
Changes and law
If we change these terms materially we will post the new version here and update the date above.
These terms are governed by the law of the place Hoook is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction, unless local law says otherwise. Questions go to [email protected].
